If there’s one thing that the most successful companies have in common, it’s that they’re committed to nurturing their company cultures. We follow that practice in our Presence Events office. We’ve made cultivating a collaborative workplace a priority. It takes effort, but we’ve made it a lot of fun as well.

“We strongly believe that when our team members have a good working relationship, our team is more productive overall,” said Emily, our Presence Events President. “When people develop bonds outside of the office through team-based activities, they tend to bring those ties to their in-office rapports. They’re more comfortable motivating each other and sharing ideas. This type of camaraderie is what drives innovation.”

Our regular team nights and other activities help our people get to know one another better. Recently, we won an office party at Main Event Entertainment here in Tempe, Arizona. This place is one big arcade, with bowling, laser tag, and hundreds of games to play. It brought out the child in each of us as we wandered around and challenged each other to matches. “Not only did our team get to spend an evening of playing games and just hanging out but it also helped to boost our office morale,” Emily said. “We have an ambitious group here and when we get to relax together, we take advantage of it!”

“Our culture here is so tight-knit, we feel like we established a business family,” Emily continued. “We have each other’s backs.”
