We’re ready to expand our team of branding experts here at Presence Events HQ. It’s an especially exciting time for us because we’re preparing to host an informal job fair right here in our office. The event will feature food and drink, and is a novel approach to meeting recent grads and others interested in rewarding career opportunities.
Emily, our firm’s President, explained, “This job fair was the idea of our administrative professionals, who thought this could be the ideal way for students and graduates who may be interested in joining our team to really experience our culture. We’re looking forward to meeting business-minded people and giving them an informed perspective on what can be achieved in our industry.”
Ongoing education is a hallmark of our Presence Events ethos. That’s why we’ll be looking for candidates who are committed to constant improvement. One way to find these types of people is to ask the typical interview question about biggest weaknesses. Emily remarked, “We don’t necessarily want to know what a person’s weak points are; we’re more interested in whether that person is working to improve. As long as someone is taking action to make real progress toward meaningful growth, we feel better about the potential fit.”
