“Our company culture is extremely vital to what we do as a business,” stated Emily, our Presence Events President. “It’s important for us to build strong relationships with one another through our many team events. Our group activities help us cultivate a family-like environment.”

We recently enjoyed a memorable outing that involved a spirited game of wiffleball and a potluck meal. Emily commented, “Our team is very active, so we love thinking of new ways to have fun as a group. Playing wiffleball certainly fit the bill, and it also got our competitive sides engaged in just about the silliest way imaginable. After the game we enjoyed some of our favorite foods together, which gave us the chance to learn more about each other on a deeper level.”

Tightening our bonds through team outings enhances collaboration on the job. The more we know about the unique talents and personality traits we’ve collected on our team, the better prepared we are to make the most of them. “There’s always an extra buzz around the Presence Events office after a group event,” Emily noted. “I think it’s because our people are excited about translating the morale we build away from work into even more innovative projects for the brands we promote.”

We’re looking forward to our next chance to enjoy each other’s company and forge stronger bonds. Follow Presence Events on Twitterfor updates on our group activities.

We set people up for career success at every stage.
